Here are some video things I created in college. I always liked playing with video—time based media as one class I took was called. Who knows what the future holds, maybe there'll be time sometime. There is more stuff I want to add, static pictures mostly. My site is an ongoing project. I went to school for this, but haven't cared to do it much.

I took a class in college for HTML and CSS where one of the projects was to create a introduction video. One of the things he wanted to see was turning and facing the camera as the video faded in--I promptly did not do that. I don't know if my grade was effected by such a blatant disregard for project guidelines--I think he was floored by the special effects.

Animaton class project using Flash. I had a lot of fun making this. I feel the need to point out this was years before the Lego Movie. This is the perfect showcase for my offbeat brand of humor.

This video was another from animation class, a project I worked on with two other people. It's been so long ago, I can't remember their names anymore. Eitger way, we took a short story I wrote, very Hitchcock, and animated it. The music was found on Youtube, sorry if this is your music and I haven't properly attributed it too you.

I'm gouing to guess another Animation class video. The music The Overture of the Rebel Angels by Danzig, the artwork is from Gustave Doré. I thought they were a good match. There was a two minute time limit which was good, I was running out of artwork to add.

This was another from an animation class, a opening sequence for a movie. The Long Run is one of my favorite sci-fi books, and what interested me in cyberpunk--gasp, shock, what? It wasn't Neormancer? Nope, my interest in cyberpunk was piqued in 1989, by this book and it continues to hold my interest. Thank God for the advent of ebooks, and my much loved, well worn, 1989 copy can occupy a space on the shelf, sadly feeling like a toy whose owner has outgrown it.

This video was from a class I took, in college. I don't remenber what the class was anymore. I started out trying to make a project in Second Life. Years ago I read Snowcrash whch dealt with a Second Life sort of virtual world. Alas, that program was far from useful for the project. So I threw this video together almsot last minute, certainly the night before it was due. Either way, it is what it is as they say.
